• The promotional offer is valid from 10th April 2024 to 11:59 31st March 2025.

• The offer may only be redeemed by quoting the promotional code PALIFE10 at the time of booking directly with Viva Esprit.

• The offer entitles PA Life members to a 10% discount on event management fees for any events booked with Viva Esprit during the offer period.

• The 10% discount applies to event management fees only. Other costs, including but not limited to venue hire, catering, and entertainment, are not covered by this discount.

• This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts offered by Viva Esprit.

Welcome Gift

• The lead booker of the first event booked by a company will receive a welcome gift. This will be issued once the event has been completed and fully paid.

• The welcome gift is limited to one per company, regardless of the number of events booked.

• The welcome gift is subject to availability and may have its own terms and conditions.

• To redeem the offer, bookings must be made directly with Viva Esprit, quoting the promotional code PALIFE10.

Other

• Any cancellations or changes to the booking may be subject to Viva Esprit’s standard cancellation policy. The discount and welcome gift may not be applicable if the booking is cancelled or significantly altered.
